realtek: gs1900: use lzma for sysupgrade
Add $(Device/uimage-rt-loader) to Device/zyxel_gs1900 to use lzma
compression for the sysupgrade kernel image. This saves approximately
1 MB of flash space compared to the previous gzip compression, leaving
more room for the rootfs overlay.
