Between the upgrade from 6.12 to 6.18, the airoha-cpufreq driver now has a `-Wincompatible-pointer-types` error while building due to the `802-OPP-Provide-old-opp-to-config_clks-on-_set_opp` patch. This patch revises the driver with the proper signature.
