Jonas Jelonek 35fa92c645 realtek: pcs: give struct a shorter name 
Shorten the name of the SerDes ops struct from 'rtpcs_serdes_ops' to
'rtpcs_sds_ops' to be consistent with other naming throughout the
driver.
