John Crispin bf81c51b51 qualcommax: ipq807x: add CMN PLL clock controller support ... Add IPQ8074 support to the upstream CMN PLL driver. The CMN PLL block is identical to IPQ6018 with the same output clocks (bias_pll_cc_clk at 300 MHz and bias_pll_nss_noc_clk at 416.5 MHz).
