Shiji Yang 499886de05 kernel: enable CRYPTO_RNG2 and CRYPTO_SIG2 by default
These two symbols are selected by CONFIG_CRYPTO_MANAGER2[1-2], which
was already enabled on generic config-{6.12,6.18}.
