Enable CONFIG_SERIAL_8250_MID in the generic x86 configuration. This enables hardware serial console access on Intel Atom C3000 (Denverton) platforms, which rely on the High-Speed UART driver. It also benefits other Intel MID platforms across the x86 architecture.
