Jonas Jelonek e74d236e07 realtek: pcs: drop dead SerDes modes ... SerDes modes HISGMII and QHSGMII are practically dead but were added/kept for documentation purposes. However, these modes will likely never be used and we have other documentation than in the code. Drop them to reduce the modes to what we actually use.
