Set the configuration options that were prompted for by the new kernel. ARCH_CIX (Cixtech) has been enabled as their SoCs have appeared in high end arm64 hardware. There are also new Arm64 SoCs from Renesas and Allwinner that should be bootable with the right firmware stack. There are minimal changes in the armv7 config, only CONFIG_PAGE_BLOCK_MAX_ORDER has a unique setting.
