ipq40xx: remove unused dtsi for Meraki devices
Remove target/linux/ipq40xx/dts/qcom-ipq4029-wired-qca-common.dtsi This file is no longer used after the ipq40xx Meraki device tree refactoring that occurred last year when adding support for the MR30H.
